Acronyms and equipment choices
ML - This event will be ran using a monolift and specialist bars.
CR - This event will be ran using a Combo Rack & power bar.
CR+ - This event will be ran using a combo rack, power bar & Deadlift bar.
SL - Single Lifts - Power Bar for Bench, Deadlift Bar for deadlifts.
SC - Strict Curls - 20kg Gunslinger Curl Bar (inc collars)
INT - International Event

Membership
Memberships to the WRPF UK are required for all events with exception to the Novice series and the Pro events.
LIVE Events below this title are qualifiers for 2027. They cannot be used for 2026.
